REFUND POLICY
When you order from www.alleyeswithme.com , you have the peace of mind of knowing that our jewelry is covered by a money-back guarantee if your product is defective. However, due to its unique and custom nature, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of a non-conforming order.
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Once your order has been delivered, you have 3 days to report any product non-conformity attributable to the seller (incorrect reference, size, or non-conformity of the products in terms of type or quality compared to the information on the order form).
Claims must be made by email to hello@alleyeswithme.com (please attach a photo to your email). After this period, any claim will be refused. Product returns will only be accepted for unworn items in their original condition, with original packaging (box, pouch, envelope, and label). If, upon delivery, the original packaging is damaged, torn, or open, the buyer must check the condition of the items. If the items are damaged, the buyer must refuse the package and note this on the delivery slip (package refused because it was open, damaged, or the product was broken or missing). Failure to do so may result in the buyer not receiving a refund.
Do you offer a delivery guarantee and a refund for orders not delivered?
Yes, if your order isn't delivered within 60 days, you're entitled to a full refund. For example, if your local post office is closed for weeks and your order isn't delivered within 60 days of your payment date, we'll give you a full refund, even if the delay is beyond our control.
DELIVERY ADDRESS ERROR
We understand that mistakes can sometimes happen when entering delivery information. If you notice an error in the delivery address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Please note that if an address error occurs during your order and you do not contact us immediately to correct it, we cannot be held responsible for any non-delivery resulting from this error.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive a defective item, we will send you a new one at no extra cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure you receive the highest quality products. However, we require a video or photo documenting the reported problem. Once received, our defective orders department will review it, and we will be happy to process the replacement. - Original email address/name used during purchase
- Proof of purchase and order number
- Detailed description of the item's "defect" and "damage"
- Video/photo evidence of the defect.
RETURNS
To be eligible for return, products must be in their original packaging, with all accessories included, in new condition, and must not have been damaged in any way during the period the item is in the customer's possession. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure the product shows no signs of use and that all original packaging contents are included when returning your package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for lost returned packages.
REFUND
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 4 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.
LATE OR MISSING REFUND
If you haven't received a refund within 7 days of our refund confirmation email, contact your credit card company, as it can take some time for your refund to be officially processed. Then contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before the refund is credited. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@alleyeswithme.com .
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
Please ensure your full address is entered correctly at checkout before completing your order, as errors by the customer may result in you not receiving your product(s). AEWM SAS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages even if delivery has been confirmed to the address provided for an order. Upon request, AEWM SAS will confirm delivery to the provided address, the delivery date, tracking information, and carrier details for the customer to verify. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost due to an incorrect address.
SHIPPING
All your orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays, and are delivered in France within 5 to 7 working days.
