5. Exchanges and Returns

All Eyes with Me, as a custom jewelry manufacturer, will only accept returns for manufacturing defects. To return or exchange an item, the customer must submit a request via our contact form, and a response will be provided within 24 to 48 hours.

Returns must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Any non-compliant return cannot be processed.

6. Warranty

All our jewelry comes with a 2-year quality guarantee from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers material and manufacturing defects, but not normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
